Coleman Health Services

Coleman Health Services is a nonprofit behavioral health agency founded in 1978 in Portage County, Ohio. Since then, it has grown into a nationally recognized provider serving over 50 Ohio counties with integrated, whole-person care. Their mission is to Foster Recovery, Build Independence, and Change Destinies, and their vision is to improve community mental wellness through compassionate, evidence-based services. Coleman delivers a comprehensive suite of services—including crisis stabilization, counseling, psychiatric care, case management, substance-use treatment, supportive residential and permanent housing options, employment coaching, and various supportive programs for individuals and caregivers.
